What are your system specs and graphics settings?
Also, if you could provide a short video showcasing the issue, that would be appreciated.
it has below reconmended of vram
can't get a friend on to film it sorry

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
