MCD-28Passive mobs affected by weakening
Passive mobs such as sheep are affected by the "Weakening" enchantment. The description of the enchantment states "[...]of all nearby enemies[...]", so this should not be the case.
How to reproduce:
1) Enchant a weapon with weakness
2) Attack a mob with the weapon while a passive mob is nearby
Result: The passive mob will have the cloud of the weakening effect floating above their head
