The game has crashed five times in four hours of play. All crashes have occured during dungeon runs. I've heard this is an issue across all platforms. Please fix!

Played the game solidly for days on release and disn't crash once. Have you tried a console hard reset?

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
