Did you use the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher or Microsoft Store version? Did you uninstall the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher or the game itself? When did the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher last update?
What version of the launcher you were using? This was a known issue with the first version and it was patched 4 hours after launch
