Did you find it while playing in someone elses game? The map changes each time and you can keep restarting it until you see the secrets 0/2 im the corner of the map.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
