MCD-2948Game played fine for a week and will not launch now.
When launching the game it immediately crashes and displays this message.
"Something went wrong
Give it another try, if this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x8000000b"
This error code is not on the page that it sent me to.
I have restarted the xbox and tried over and over several times, but always get the same result.
If I uninstall and reinstall, I loose everything I have already done in the game.
Super bummed.

Try a soft and hard reset. Hold down the reset button until the xbox switches off first. If that doesn't work try going into settings/console info and try the reset option on there.
Thank you. Will that delete save files and my kids characters or will they save? Will I have to re-download games?
Holding down the reset button pretty much just clears the cache and won't effect anything else.
The reset via settings will give you the option to keep or remove everything on your device. You will need to add your account back on the xbox but savegames should be fine.
