MCD-3020Lost Progress
After reading ticket MCD-101 I confirmed there were no special characters in my Windows username.
I was playing the game regularly earlier today and then got a BSOD which led to a crash. Once I returned back to the game my save progress was wiped and now requests that I create a new character. I did not uninstall/reinstall the game. It seems the source of the issue was with my computer crashing.
