MCD-312Glitching past the bridge
In the main hub area where you have the merchant and traveling trader, there is a bridge currently up that would lead to the nether portal. The reason why I know what's past it is the nether portal is that you can go on top of the log onto the fence post, and depending on skill make you way along the fence (either slow or fast) to the bridge, this would let you walk right past the bridge (as if the fence was there and the bridge was down, AKA your walking on where the fence would be when the bridge is down). After getting past the bridge you can explore the nether portal area (not much to see as the portal is broken) and get back it's as easy as doing the glitch on the other side of the bridge.

I cannot reproduce. Can you post a video of this?
In the Youtube link in this comment, around the 2 min mark, I am able to perform the glitch before falling off into the water, you can see my character walking on what seems to be air... I wasn't going to spend all afternoon proving I could do it (as I did it first time somehow when I tried it) so by the end you see me jump across using my artifact to save time. I've been trying to break the game to find glitches so I'm doing the stupidest ideas possible, finding out what does and doesn't work. such as when it comes to a section of the dungeons in I think the boat area, the one that had you do two levers, the enemies kept respawning so you can farm them.

Jamie Powis doing what you did with the first log you was trying to drop down to, was what I did to get across the bridge that I couldn't reproduce in my video. It let me slowly float across without abilities the first time. Your video shows its a lot easier to do that idea.
