Hold down the reset button to clear the cache.
Go into system/console info/reset console and choose to keep all files if that doesn't work.
I’ve already tried that previously I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This is not just an issue I am dealing with the three friends I play with also have the issue. The hundreds of people on twitter I see by searching “Minecraft Dungeons Crashing” are also having the issue. My friends and I all reported the same bugs and received the same hard reset info. It is obviously not an issue with the hardware. Last two nights we had no crashing at all after not taking the advice given. Tonight it has crashed 3 times and people within the last 10 minutes are on twitter reporting the same. So look further than the hardware this time as I believe it is not an Xbox issue.
This also happens to me on PC.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
