MCD-3569Game stocks before entering the main menu, only on one user
Game doesn´t run after the first loading page, before entering the main menu, this happens only in one user. All the other users works perfectly. the user i´m having issues with is the only one that has de nintendo online supscription, that´s why i want to solve theis problem.
I´ve uninstalled the whole program and downloded back again but problem persist on this user.

Try this:
Switch Infinite Loading Screen
Turn on aeroplane mode > open Minecraft Dungeons > Settings > Log off (from Microsoft account) > Close and reopen Minecraft Dungeons > log in with your Microsoft account.
Then, if stuck after turning off aeroplane mode after pressing A to log in:
Enter aeroplane mode (again) > Main menu > Settings > turn off Configure Online Play > Close and reopen the game > turn on Configure Online Play
