MCD-3642Spawners spawn mobs to places where they get stuck (duplicate)
The Zombie Spawners usually spawn the zombies inside the spawner itself and soon, under the ground, the spawner will also spawn the zombies in places in which it shouldnt be able to fit at all which then leaves the zombies unable to move at all or pathfind to the player. (I found this out while using the spawners as Enchanment farm).
I suggest to fix this by making the spawner only spawn zombies only on valid surfaces with a certain size to avoid spawning in the spawner, very tight spaces, inside spaces, and under the ground.
This will eventually happen after prolonged farming (either till all mobs are spawned in the ground or inside the spawner). Tried and tested, and repeated on PC and Nintendo Switch
