MCD-4044I can't play Miecraft dungeons
Hello!
I already bought minecraft dungeons and after that i bought the hero dlc to in microsoft store. The store sad i can't start the game! I tryd to reinstall, but it sad i can't download the game.
I tryd in mojang launcher to but it sad i don't own the game. I was very upset cus i like this game, but obviously i didn't want to re buy this and start it all over again!!!
Sorry for the bad english my mother language is hungarian.

Maybe you got it from the Microsoft Store.
Yes i bought it in the microsoft store and this means i lost the game my progress and my money ? i can't figure out and i geting realy angry as well
Try the following:
Open the Microsoft store > Profile Image > Account name > Sign out > Reboot device > Sign in
THEN
Open the start menu > type “Apps” > Press Enter > search for “store” > Click Microsoft store > Advanced options > Terminate > Reset
THEN
WIN(⊞)-R > type wsreset.exe > Press Enter
If that doesn't change anything try:
Open the start menu > Type CMD > Command Prompt > Run as an administrator > type sfc /scannow > Press enter > wait for it to finish > Reboot the computer if any files were repaired
