Could you elaborate?
Please include:
If you and your friend have been able to play online in Minecraft Dungeons before.
If you and your friend is on the Launcher or Microsoft store variant.
The error/dialogue that appears preventing you from playing online.
Please also check that you and your friend are on the latest update (1.4.6 )from Pause or Main menu > Settings.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
