Not sure if my account was hacked or not. I had just killed the main boss. I got a unique bow and had 5000 gems. When I log back in all my progress was gone, the bow and gems. what happened?

Was your entire character deleted or did you just lose some of the progress you made?
I lost progress and Green gems. I have achievements for progress that now states I haven't even done. Examples: like the last boss.
