However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Did you make sure that there are no remaining interactable buttons or objects left in the area, and the objective marker (shown when bringing up the minimap) does not point to anything of importance? Did you see if the issue repeats itself on subsequent playthroughs of the mission?
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
