Issues:
-my level 180+ character is now level 106
-my game save has reverted from apocalypse, to advanced
-several items are missing, others seem to have turned into other items. Item levels dropped from an average of 138 to random levels ranging from 5 to
-mob dropped a twisted vine bow. The bow in inventory shows as guardian bow
-lost emeralds and gold, items, etc
-lost all dlc progress

duplicates
We haven't played since last summer, I lost a couple of characters saves which was annoying, but it was when my son lost his character we decided to stop until this issue had been resolved. While it's been months since any movement on this issue it's clearly still a problem as the affected version keeps being added to and new bugs are still being marked as duplicate (e.g. MCD-5414, MCD-5412 this month).
How can I fix this? I've invested many hours of game play. I've paid in advance, for this game and it's DLCs. . .
Any ideas?

We are currently working on implementing cross saves and cloud saves, which should hopefully help in avoiding issues like this in the future. This is described in this article.
