MCD-5479my character was deleted from the game
I would like to know what happened with the game, out of nowhere today that I started to play my character was deleted and all the progress that I had made throughout all this time since the game was launched, what do I do? I do not want to start from the beginning on I play again since I have advanced a lot and I want a solution ¬¬ .
Also this message comes out that before it did not come out, please help me.

I have also seen that the file of my character is in the folder correctly but the game does not recognize it so I can not enter with my normal progress please help me

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Please check if it your save files are in either of the following locations:
If one of those locations does not contain your saves, try moving the saves there and see if this will allow the game to recognize them.

or some other solution, I have the file of my progress of my character which I don't know is because the game does not recognize it
I want to know it is because it does not recognize my character and my progress because the file is there in this location: C: \ Users \ Rodrigo \ Saved Games \ Mojang Studios \ Dungeons and I do not know why it does not recognize it I want to know why what happened? and how do i solve it

There is a possibility that the game was not saved correctly due to antivirus interference. Please see if you can resolve the issue following the advice from

Well, that is not my problem I do not have antivirus, anyway I made that suggestion but still nothing that recognizes it, I do not know if my file of my progress is damaged or something is there but it is as if it did not exist, please help me I have worked hard to have my weapons and equipment

We are currently working on implementing cross saves and cloud saves, which should hopefully help in avoiding issues like this in the future. This is described in this article.

MCD-1205, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
