MCD-6030Anniversary cape not being awarded on Switch
So, there is new event in minecraft dungeons. Anniversary event where you can get cool new items. There is a cape that you can get if you do 7 birthday missions. When you open map in the bottom left corner you should see a banner where you can see how many missions did you do, EXAMPLE - 5/7. That banner isn't showing to me. After I did more than 7 missions I didn't got the cape. I know that some people have the sam issue and all of them including me are playing on Nintendo Switch. I don't know if it's a bug on Nintendo but some people that play on Nintendo Switch got the cape. Well I didn't. I hope you can fix this problem cause I really want to get the cape before it's too late. I linked my microsoft account to minecraft dungeons. My minecraft dungeons name is COOKIEJuicy.

Just raising this as a dup of MCD-6030 (switch bug) and MCD-6084 (pc bug) as it is also occurring on Xbox.
Seasonal trial progress is not shown. And no Anniversary cape after completing the remaining trials.
Happened in 2 different accounts on 2 different PCs (one of my sons and my own) and a 3rd account (my other son) on Xbox One.

Are you online and is the device connected to the Internet when playing? This is required for the seasonal events to function as expected.

My device is connected to the internet but when I am in main menu I always choose play offline version cause I don't have nintendo switch online membership. Do I have to have it?
same on ps4. we did 7/7 missions and P1 got the cape and could equip. P2 the cape was there and could not equip.
when P2 logged in as primary it said 0/7 missions done for cape and it was no longer available for either player to equip
You just gotta leave and rejoin, at least that's what I did
I restarted the game a couple of times but still nothing changes.
@Maksim Božinović: Yes, online membership is required to participate in the events.
Your ticket mentions that you were able to complete missions for the event. Were you actually able to complete the special Seasonal Trial missions (marked with purple icons instead of yellow)? Or were you simply completing normal missions? Only the former count towards unlocking the cape.

I was able to complete Seasonal Trial ( marked with purple icon ) and after I complete them I get the rewards ( sweet tooth, sugar rush and sparkler ). So I can play them and get this three items but I can't get the cape. And that 3 items I get when I play on offline mode but cape don't get.
Do you have access to other cosmetics, such as the free Sinister Cape?

Yes, I have Hero Cape and Sinister Cape.I have all pets too.

I am also having the same issue on PC. Is there some way to fix it because I had 5 out of 7 and did 3 more mission when it disappeared but did not get the cape
Cape not awarded in co-op gameplay. Host already had the cape and mine stopped tracking at 5/7 seasonal trials complete. Unable to get the cape even after many more attempts
I wasn't opening Minecraft Dungeons till my last coment but I think that it isn't solved. I just accepted that I won't get it. I am sad but life moves on.
Pictures that you posted are literally the same as my inventory and map except that I have Hero Cape and all pets but everything other is same. SAME PROBLEM.
My son is having the same problem. No way to get the cape even though he completed all missions.
I hope they can fix it.
I am having the same issue! I tried contacting support, but they don’t seem interested in helping us players get the item :/
