Anniversary cape is not being awarded
I had 5 out of 7 on the anniversary missions but suddenly those disappeared and I did 3 more seasonal missions but nothing happend I did not get the cape but I could get all the mission items.

My sons (users: miguelgargallo and Kaesoni at MC Dungeons) had the same issue; I personally, as a good father review the bug;
- They did the missions many times, more than seven in different difficulties, and got 0/7 reset today,
So we detected two bugs:
- The counter was invisible during the day of the event
- The counter does not count well
We can view two missions done and check 1 out of 7 today at the photos I attached.
We tried everything. But nothing.
It would be very special for them to receive their event capes if may be possible.
They were playing lately all these days and investigating in youtube videos how to achieve the event without succeeding because of an error of experience.
They want to continue playing MC dungeons, but with this frustrating experience, they are sad. And they will continue playing. But like father, I paid for an experience and they want their cape. I told them I will talk to the service customer, and try to get them the cape.
I hope you can help us, to achieve a brilliant experience at the game by helping us.

Just raising this as a dup of MCD-6030 (switch bug) and MCD-6084 (pc bug) as it is also occurring on Xbox.
Seasonal trial progress is not shown. And no Anniversary cape after completing the remaining trials.
Happened in 2 different accounts on 2 different PCs (one of my sons and my own) and a 3rd account (my other son) on Xbox One.

this is frustrating for me since its only 1 day left and i have complete all seasonal on apocalypse, yesterday show 5 left and today its show exactly like the screenshot, i have found this link https://www.reddit.com/r/MinecraftDungeons/comments/npb9dh/seasonal_trials_for_the_birthday_cape/ and the solution need to cloud save hero and delete all file then reinstall, but i need developer confirmation before doing this, me and my kids still dont have this cake cape
I have all secret levels
me too, all secret unlock and all done, just need confirmation by dev team weather need to delete and reinstall back or other solution

My son had the same issue today. Yesterday said 5/7 completed. Today no counter just the image as attached. He has completed the last two (and one more when nothing happened). Nothing in cosmetic section of inventory.

MCD-5945Just checked in my account on my PC and the same thing. No counter. Even though I had 6/7 yesterday with a day left.
Frustrating. I hope this gets fixed and the seasonal trials that were completed in the "bugged" state get awarded. If they are not awarded, then once the bug is fixed, the event time should be extended to allows those affected by the bug to complete the trials.
My other son has just loaded on his xbox too; same thing. So this is not just a PC issue.

I’ve reinstalled it so many times on my PC and switch and that doesn’t do anything
My son and I are also having this issue. We're very disappointed and confused
My daughter and I (one Xbox One, one PC/Xbox game pass) also had this issue. Last night at 9:00PM PST we were 6/7 complete. Today we completed 3 missions and didn't get the cape.
Also tried all the forum suggestions of reinstall/upload-download character/etc.
Commenting here as not to create a duplicate ticket but I'm having the same issue!
Been playing co-op with my partner and got our counter to 6/7 but completing the 7th mission didn't seem to unlock the cape (not showing in cosmetics tab in inventory) and our counter on the map now looks as the one in the attached picture does.
I've tried fully closing & reopening the game, uninstalling and reinstalling (including save files), clearing the system cache and trying another console (same platform) but to no avail.
We started the event on an Xbox One X and then moved to playing on an Xbox Series X if that has any bearing.
We don't get a great deal of time to play so this took some days to complete and I'm sad to say has thus far had a disappointing conclusion.
update! i've got mine, its showing back to early days problem back to 6 out of 7 completion, and after doing seasonal mission ive got mine on pc also my kid on switch, hope all the other got it as well

Someone says that if we save the gameplay, uninstalled the game, and then install it again, it will sync the missions. I did it, and nothing. But in case it will work, my sons and I are not willing to perform those actions, cause first: there are only 7 hours left, and second, we pay for an experience that does not match, it's not our jobs to safe, uninstall and install again... it would be very great to get our capes that they worked hard!

Certain changes have been made that should hopefully make completing the trials and/or receiving the cape possible by now. Please let us know if this is the case.

Hi I'm having the same issue, I did all of the event but my game is bugged and I didn't revive my cape. My Xbox account is Voidknight972. If you guys could resolve this that would be awesome!
The trials completed yesterday did not count. My son completed them again today and the message changed to "Cape awarded!". But no cape in the cosmetic section of the inventory until he quit and restarted the game. Just exiting back to main menu and going back in was not enough to see it.
Anyway, upshot is the bug appears to be fixed for us. Going to try in my acct too. Thanks very much for the fix!
The issue has been fixed! We've added a few days to the event so those who had issues can go and play. You may have to complete some more trials as any progress after June 6 wasn't recorded.
Just played the last trial on my PC in my acct and got the same as here; i.e. got the "Cape awarded!" text on the map screen but no cape in the cosmetic inventory until I restarted the game.
Good stuff though. Thanks again, and for the extension. My other son is yet to play on Xbox so will appreciate the extra time.
The issue is still there for me. Nothing has changed.
this issue is not resolved because it just happened to me and my son today on the last day of all things. P2 is not getting awarded the cape when playing local coop. it needs to be fixed properly
