Birthday Cake Cape still unavailable, completed 7/7 seasonal tasks first time and received the error setting back to zero. Completed 7/7 tasks again within the amount of time necessary and still unavailable to equip even though the game states you can. Attached two screenshots, first showing 7/7 completed, second showing cape not in inventory after attempting to collect it.

No. We have restarted several times.
Did you complete the trials in a multiplayer environment?
If yes, please specify if it was online (hosting or joining) or local co-op?

Yes, online in a (family) group. This account with the issue (son) did not host any games for the first round of trial completions. Every game was hosted by the same player (dad). Every group member has every update downloaded, everyone in the family group had received the cape but this one account. The second attempt at completing after it errored and reset to zero, this (son) account hosted three of the seven trials in an online multiplayer group, and the same account (dad) hosted the other 4 and son joined.
