MCD-686Controller Users: Bringing up menu during level intro video breaks ability to skip intro
NOTE: This issue only occurs if you use the controller during the below steps; it will break the skip feature for both keyboard and controller afterwards
Right after the loading screen for a level, if you press the "Start" button to bring up the menu, when you exit out, you can no longer skip the introduction, although the "SKIP A" (or "SKIP _" for keyboard) prompt is still shown in the lower right of the screen.
What appears to be happening is the menu is still "active" behind the video, as I can get the Setting dialog to appear if I select that before leaving the menu screen as mentioned above.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
