Full Backpack Reward Crash
Receiving Glow Squid Armor (and possibly certain other items) as a mission reward when your backpack/inventory is full apparently crashes while trying to load the item swapping prompt. (Happened to me out of nowhere after completing a Daily Trial, literally haven't been able to stop it since.)

I have to say, this is the most frustrating technical support experience I've ever had. The ways in which we've been bumped around via email and this report site, sent to postings that were resolved but not completely and then reopened, trying to post something that was labeled a duplicate and ending up at a post that was "Awaiting Response". Is there anyway I can talk with a human being?
I tried to open the file you posted. It did not open on my PC – can you explain how it is supposed to work?
Are there any more suggested fixes for this glitch?
Are there any updates for this issue? My lvl 234 character is still unplayable due to this game breaking glitch.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! A fix for this issue is lined up for the next update, but unfortunately we do not have a release date to share at this time.

Did you finish the Daily trials after the time that they were supposed to rotate by any chance?
As a workaround, at least in the Nintendo Switch version.
Enter to the game with a character who's inventory is not completely full.
Enter the camp.
Enter with another joycon as the character with the full inventory.
Empty some items of the inventory of this character.
Then the next time you enter the game can play normally with the character that give the problem.

Another workaround is to clone the affected hero. The new hero will be playable and will keep the gear they have equipped but won't have the original hero's inventory/emeralds/etc...
Hopefully, this helps until a fix is released... Soon? *crossed fingers
Fixed with the Season 3 update (1.16.2.0).
