MCL-10400Black screen on Minecraft Lanucher

Specs:
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
CPU: Intel Core i7-8750H
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Home (Of Course)
Environment
So i installed Minecraft on my new laptop and when I launched the Launcher i see white for 5 seconds then just black and thats all its does. i thought probably i havent installed Java so i installed it then IT STILL DIDNT WORK! plz help me. I wanted to play Minecraft! this started in 5th January 2019!
