Unable to play Dungeons
My Dungeons launcher asks me to install C++ 2015 runtime, then uninstalls something. When I go to play the game, it says two files are missing. I then run a Repair, but the game then asks me to install several prerequisites. Once install the prerequisites, it tells me to install the C++ 2015 again, and this cycle repeats itself.

I was getting the same issue as you, so I manually downloaded the 2015 Visual c++. Just search, download and install.
If you have a newer version you won't be able to install it so just uninstall the newer one. Worked perfectly.

Hi, if you are running into this problem I am afraid Mojang Studios can't really help out
This is happens when installing prerequisites to get Unreal Engine to run on Windows, which Minecraft Dungeons then uses as a game engine. Mojang Studios is not technically the developers of Unreal Engine so we have limited knowledge of what causes the problem, or the ability to fix it. Follow the suggested solution by Gabriel, or see a possible fix in the description of
MCL-14121that I found after some searching around on the web - if it doesn't work I suggest checking the Epic Games forums for other users that might have been able to solve this. Best of luck!
