Window favicon is 'corrupt' on Linux
The Minecraft window favicon appears 'corrupted' on Linux platforms - i.e. the crafting table icon is scrambled beyond a certain point.
I've tested this on Debian using both the GNOME and XFCE desktop environments, and Fedora using GNOME. Each shows the same bug, but with a slightly different corruption for each.
The attached image shows how it appears on a Debian computer running XFCE 4.8.
And yes, I have tested it using Java 7 instead of 6 - same problem.
Environment
Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.46-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux
java version "1.6.0_27"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.12.6) (6b27-1.12.6-1~deb7u1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.0-b12, mixed mode)

Can confirm. As a side note I recommend you avoid using OpenJDK 1.6 with Minecraft as it has been known to cause issues. Either OpenJKD 1.7 or Sun/Oracle java is my recommendation.
I can also confirm in 1.7.1 (pre). Icon looks distorted and brown. Using the equivalent of Java 7 and on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
