MCL-21352Minecraft Launcher says i don't own Minecraft Java.
When I enter the launcher, Instead of the "play" button, I get "play demo".
I checked to see if this was a cosmetic issue, but when I opened Minecraft, I saw the two Demo buttons, "Play Demo World" and "Reset Demo World"

Exact bug I came here to report! I have always kept my electronic receipt from when I bought it, and am really hoping there is update on this soon.

Hey! So for me (exact same issue lol) this was solved by connecting my Mojang account (which Minecraft was registered as being owned on) to my Microsoft account, since it had been quite some time since last playing. Hope this helps!
