MCL-22505I don't have the vanilla cape yet
I still don't have the vanilla cape it has been 1 month October the 4th and I still haven't got it. I have owned both java and bedrock since around 2018 though I still don't get one. Is it an issue to do with getting it from the game pass on Xbox? I have done everything you asked. I have been searching for answers but I should be getting one now.

idk why they say to go to mojang support they didn't help me with this issue they just sent me outdated info

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Vanilla cape.
If you are eligible for the Vanilla cape, the cape is rolling out in stages starting on August 31, 2022, and continuing through the season. Once it is your turn to receive the cape, it may take up to two weeks for it to show up in your dressing room/skin customization menu.
Please be aware that you must have had a license for both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft for Windows on the same Microsoft account before June 6th, 2022. We as customer support cannot change the eligibility or grant the cape outside those parameters.
