It says i don't own bedrock but I do and i can't open the preview inside the launcher
When i click on play trial it loads bedrock like normal

My issue has been resolved but it may still work for others

idk why they say to go to mojang support they didn't help me with this issue they just sent me outdated info
Yes I was logged into my ms account and my skin just disappeared and I had to reupload it.
I would recommend to try the bedrock server or the launcher too, idk if it works but if it doesn't just submit another bug report
Alright then...
I wasn't very surprised when minecraft.net didn't work because it loads faster then the launcher and the bedrock edition meaning more people will use it
I have seen this as resolved because i can vote and change my vote on minecraft.net now
i used chrome inspect element and did what you said to test it and it showed the images
now bugs.mojang.com just needs the tiny update
i have found this issue happen with the minecraft realms logo as well
testing the chrome inspect element again and the minecraft realms logo does have the i. prefix in the image URL
on the device i reported it on it did so that makes sense never had the issue anywhere else
this issue is now resolved
this issue still shows up on the summary pages for minecraft java, minecraft bedrock, and minecraft realms

this is a Java parity issue on the java edition it shows a black box

i always wondered why it set me on normal fire.
Is the server software set to WIN10/MCPE on aternos?
If it is make sure the version is the same as the version of the game you're playing on.
Make sure that the port number is correct in your game.
Can confirm in 1.19.2 and 1.19.3
is the other user on the same wifi as you?

this is for the java edition only which is only on Windows mac and linux
for andriod report this under minecraft bedrock edition
What operating system are you using, What java version do you have?
this isn't an issue and can be disabled in 1.19.3 by setting the gamerule globalSoundEvents to false
