MCL-346? If that won't help, please use the Mojang Support Center for technical support.I know how to fix it ! 100 % ! (If you have ESET antivirus)
Go to the antivirus and click options, then Advanced settings (something like that) I dont know what actually writes because my computer is not in English version! Then go to HTTP, HTTPS and choose Don't check HTTPS protocol and click apply !
