Reproduction:
- Run bootstrap 5 (eg. minecraft.jar)
- Wait till launcher runs
- Here you go, you have MCL 1.6.89-j instead of 1.6.91-j

Open JDK 1.8.0_212
Minecraft 1.14.2
Apparently Linux users should upgrade to the latest Launcher version (eg 2.1.3676) which is available from the Mojang site).

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
