When I start any version of Minecraft, the game will seemingly be fine at first but doesn't load the title screen, thus getting stuck on the Mojang screen. I have tested and this happens on all versions of Minecraft, I have also tried reinstalling the launcher. It stops responding if I click anything...

That may be Discord, Razer cortex's overlay, nvidia gamecaster. If you have any of those, close them and retry. See
MC-124460I do not have any of them...
