MCLG-423Level 3 portal area with no enemies to defeat and no portal to destroy
Hello,
I'm in the quest to platinum "Minecraft Legends", the game is very cool and I'm really enjoying it. However, bugs during the campaign have been frustrating and making this an arduous task virtually impossible to accomplish. I've already opened other tickets about bugs (MCLG-411, MCLG-413, MCLG-21 and MCLG-22) and now I'm opening another one (this is the third time I advance in hardcore mode ("Legends") and I come across situations that are impossible to advance. I'll pass here video of bugs that are happening and I've done all the procedures to solve it, and nothing worked (restore database, clear "playstation 5" cache, delete the game and install again, return to an automatic save of the game - go back to days previous ones). Here are videos:
- Now this video is also very frustrating. One of the last 3 areas to be destroyed, the portal is simply not there. When opening the map by pressing toutch, it is possible to view all the portals, when accessing the southernmost portal of the map, there are no enemies to be destroyed

All the points cited here are not dealt with in the other calls. I see that these are serious errors, and this is really hindering my experience with the game
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with a version that solves these bugs and that I also don't need to restart my progress in the game to achieve the achievement of zeroing in the "Legends" mode, since I am well at the end of this journey.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
We will not be able to salvage your save. Once an issue like this occurs, where a base doesn't spawn, and it isn't fixed by a simple reload of the save, we are not really able to help with the save file in any way.
Are you able to provide us with repro steps for the issue? This looks like you were just naturally progressing the game, have you experienced instability, performance issues? How is your internet connection?

My internet is working normally. This specific problem occurred after I defeated a portal, but the game froze, not allowing me to press touch to display the map. With that, I closed the game and opened it again, when opening the progress was lost (natural since I hadn't done an automatic save) and returned to the last save point. When advancing to the portal, I came across the portal without a base and other portals were without enemies. The so-called
MCLG-421has details of what happened in this case, where I sent 3 videos, all results of the same problem.Other problems that I have faced during my journey, which are (this occurs in some random situations, there is no exact pattern to repeat):
As it won't be possible to take advantage of the current save, I'm going to stop playing Minecraft Legends, as the large amount of bugs I'm finding is being very frustrating and discouraging
Resolving this as CR as we can no longer reproduce this bug.
If this is still an issue please remake the bug report and include detailed reproduction steps, as well as a video showcasing the bug.
