MCLG-78(PS5) Deluxe Skins not present
Hubby and I have the EXACT same problem - We picked up our physical copies of Minecraft Legends yesterday. Got home, put the discs in our PS5s (he has his own and I have mine, so two different consoles), let the game download. We opened up the Playstation Store and redeemed our skins via the code trough there. Says it downloaded. We opened our games and played several hours, but still cannot get the skins to show registered to our games via the in-game marketplace.
What we have done so far:
- Restarted the game mulitple times
- Updated the game to newest version (there is nothing to update currently)
- Restarted our PS5 consoles
- Searched absolutely everywhere, both the Marketplace in the game and via Playstation Store
- We cannot reinstall the DLC because it is not on our addon lists at all
- Playstation Store says we own the skins, in-game Marketplace says we need tokens, cannot buy token because it errors, which then sends us back to the Playstation Store route manually and it shows we've already purchased the deluxe pack
- Played for 7+ hours
Absolutely baffled. Obviously we can't try the codes again now because it says they've been redeemed.
When trying to 'purchase' the Carrot Commander Strike Team via the in-game marketplace, it brings up the message 'You do not have enough tokens' - I select 'View Playstation Store' - Then receive the message 'Content not found - WS-116129-0'
So I close out of the game, go to the Playstation Store manually, find Minecraft Legends, locate the 'Deluxe Skin Pack', and it says 'Purchased'.
Hubby's console does the exact same thing.
Any help is appreciated. Would really like to get the skins we paid for upon preorder for this game.

Go to the Marketplace in-game, click on the the "Carrot Commander Strike Team" pack, and choose "Download DLC". It's free if you have the Deluxe Edition.

I know that i need to download it and i see where it should be but when i click on it it already says “purchased” but i still dont have the skins and when i enter the game i need to buy it with tokens..
