the Bug is the same of MCPE-106652.
They appear up to 10 blocks away from their real position and do not move.
I think the bug (MCPE-106652) where mobs (here it's Piglins) floating through walls is related to the same cause as here.
It doesn't just affect Piglins. Spiders and pigs also behave like this.
