MCPE-11000Cannot open chest with dog / wolf on it
If a chest has a dog (tamed wolf) on it, either sitting or standing, it cannot be opened.
It should only be sitting cats/tamed ocelots that do this.

Still an issue on 0.14.3 and relates to MCPE-11000
Sorry, but I think this isn't a bug, because I've tried it with Villagers and Iron Golems on it (on Apple devices) and the same thing happened, sorry
