Redstone dust can incorrectly power blocks while close to a redstone torch.
It appears as though the redstone dust is visually pointed towards the redstone torch, but it acts as if pointed towards the lamp.
This happens with all redstone inputs, not just torches.

Looks like the same glitch as MCPE-11668.
I don't think so. It's a separate glitch MCPE-11668.
Confirmed in 0.13.0 / iOS.
Fixed in 0.14.0 alpha. Thanks.
