MCPE-12843MCPE 0.13.2 won't launch after update on Android tablet
Updated pocket edition to 0.13.2 on a lenovo a5500-f via Google play store. No errors observed during update, however now program will not launch. When trying to start get black screen for a few seconds and then it closes to home screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with out success.

Issue has also be been seen on the following devices:
- Asus 7 fhd (Android 4.2.2) - Incremental update of MCPE
- OnePlus X (Android 5.1.1) - clean install - Never had MCPE before
After update to version 0.13.2 from Google Play, Minecraft exits immediately without starting.

It appears that several issues have been raised with similar descriptions:
"Invalid", as Katten said on MCPE-12843 0.13.2 is still on development.
Due to an internal error, 0.13.2 was submitted while still in development. It is not supported on this tracker, and any tickets pertaining to it will be closed.
Mojang is currently working on a resolution, please be patient during this time.
