Placing powder snow on block above snow layers replaces the snow layers instead
Placing powdered snow over snow layers of any size will replace the layer even if you dont touch it
Steps to reproduce:
- Place the snow layers.
- Place a support block to place the block above the snow layer.
- While aiming at the support block, try placing powder snow above the snow layer.
Observed results:
All attempts to place powder snow above the snow layer result in the replacement of the snow layers (aiming at the support block, not the snow layer).
Expected results:
Snow layers will only be replaced when the player aiming over them.
