Reproduce issues :
Open minecraft
Then click on settings/play
Then click on resources pack for settings
And add a pack then get out from settings
How it suppose to be :
All of the screen animation should be updated to the lastest loading animation

Where do you see that a later (non-outdated) animation exists?
Please attach a screenshot showing an example of the later animation.
An example of a non-outdated animation that exists is literally the loading animation when you launch the game (the circle that spins).
There's no reason to expect that the game loading circle spinning animation should match the others mentioned in this report.
The circle spinging animation is the new one for minecraft loading animation
