This looks like intended behavior based on MCPE-60483. However, it’s not clear whether that issue is properly fixed or if moving block interactions are just broken: see MCPE-156031 and
MCPE-160263.Thank you for your report!
However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended. Blocks that are not Honey Blocks are not meant to move entities with them when pushed.
