None of the smeltable item I put on my furnaces smelt up, I tried even on a creative world and nothing changed, my worlds were created on 0.15.1
Items like iron ore, raw steak, and raw mutton don't smelt in furnaces or are not shown when furnace window is open.

give me an idea of what you were using to smelt in the furnace and give me a screenshot.
Please also identify which texture pack you are using.
smelt cobblestone with coal is ok in Win10 0.15.2
