MCPE-162265/setmaxplayers can't run on command blocks
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enter a command in a command block: /setmaxplayers 40
- Active the command block
Expected Results:
A log that the command is succeed will appear in the chat column
Observation Results:
The execution fails as "Unknown command"

Command 'setmaxplayers' cannot be executed in a command block
When I try to run the command 'setmaxplayers' in a command block, I get an 'unknown command' error.

I think this is work as intended but it is annoying that it does like that and I have to type it on chat every time I rehost my world.
Only the owner of the world has sufficient permission to run that command, prob be marked as works as intended.
