MCPE-1751When mining a door, two items fall to pick up
When I was mining a door, two doors appeared when I finished mining it
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a door
2. Mine it. I did it with oak sapling and dirt, but I think it will work for anything
I didn't try this on Creative, and this started happening when I updated to 6.1
