MCPE-176782Credits/End Poem background no longer scroll
Dirt background on Credits/End Poem no longer scroll, it used to be scrolling on version 1.0.0, and then broken on 1.4.0 (Update Aquatic phase one)
Steps to reproduce:
- Method 1
- Create a new world and enter End dimension
- Kill the Dragon and exit, or run: /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal
- Method 2
- Open settings > general, and click "Credits" button
Expected results:
Dirt background scroll as expected
Observed results:
Dirt background didn't scroll

Dirt background on Credits/End Poem no longer scroll, it used to be scrolling on version 1.0.0 but now it doesn't scrolling anymore, this make reading the Credits/End Poem slighty harder
I don't know if someone already report it or not, as i can't find it, feel free to mark this as dupe

I didn't realize this bug report had been reopened, I also attached a file containing a potential fix for this bug, it may not be perfect but hey at least it works

And the Credits/End Poem text scrolls too fast, and the melody of c418's music "Alpha" will correspond to the mood of each text

When the line "and the universe said I love you" appears, the music will make you hear the melody of "moog city2".
When Credits appear, the music reaches its climax
