When a stone block is mined with a silk touch pickaxe with 1 durability left, it drops cobble instead of stone
Update by [Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay Wells):
Steps to reproduce:
- Use /give @p stone_pickaxe 1 130
- Then /enchant @p silk_touch 1
- Then break 2 grass blocks. One will be a grass block, the final one dirt

What I expected to happen was:
When I mine stone with a silk touch pick (with 1 durability left), the last block it has mined the silk touch enchant affects the last block it breaks.
What actually happened was:
When I mine stone with a silk touch pick (with 1 durability left), the last block it has mined the silk touch enchant does not affect the last block it breaks.
Therefore dropping cobble instead of stone
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down 33 stone blocks
2. Enchant a gold pick with silk touch
3. Break those 33 stone blocks. Notice that the 33rd block drops as cobble instead of stone

I'm reading this as: Last stone block mined with a pickaxe with a silk touch enchantment (e.g. last piece of durability used) drops cobblestone instead of stone. In case anyone else spent time staring at this machine translation.
I can confirm this issue on OnePlus One A0001 on Android 6.0.1 (CM13) game version 1.0.5.3 beta.
Steps to reproduce:
Affects 1.0.4 on Apple iPad mini.
I went on to my Realm, grabbed my wooden pickaxe, ran /enchant @p silk_touch 1, went to my cave, expanded it by breaking stone, and the 13th block I broke (The pickaxe had 13 durability left) dropped cobblestone.
Also happens in the Java Edition
