Only So Below can play in the soul sand valley
On 1.18 the music of the majority of the nether was adjusted to have more tracks play on certain biomes and to change the volume, however soul sand valley didn't change.
This happens because when the sound event name was changed from music.game.soulsand_valley (found in vanilla 1.16 resource pack sound_definitions.json) to music.game.soul_sand_valley (in 1.18 vanilla resource pack sound_definitions.json), the name was not changed on the music.definitions.json too, resulting in the 1.16 sound event playing instead of the newer one.
Both sound events can be played using the music command.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable cheats.
2. Use this command: /music play music.game.soul_sand_valley.
3. Use this one too: /music play music.game.soulsand_valley.Observed Results:
Both will work.Expected Results:
Only one of them work.
The sound_definition.json that countains it is found inside the sounds folder (the same folder that has the music_definitions.json in it). Another way to confirm its existence in game is using these commands:
/music play music.game.soul_sand_valley
/music play music.game.soulsand_valley
Both will work and trigger the music from the biome, music.game.soulsand_valley will only play "so below" while music.game.soul_sand_valley has other 4 tracks in it like the rest of the nether biomes.
weird, it appears for me, and the music command work in game for both, i am using an android device, maybe it's only found here? i am sure it exists, since i can use it in game without any resource pack. Try using these commands here in game to play the music: /music play music.game.soul_sand_valley and /music play music.game.soulsand_valley
By checking it again and testing in game, i realized that only music.game.soulsand_valley is used, which means only one single track will play on the biome unlike every other nether biome and the unused sound event "music.game.soul_sand_valley", Due to this, the issue affects gameplay.
@戴维-David yes, this is what i am talking about. due to this bug, only so below play in soul sand valley.

I am unable to find "music.nether.soul_sand_valley". Which sound_definitions.json file contains it?

The sound_definitions.json file from data\resource_packs\vanilla\sounds does not contain it, nor does the one from data\resource_packs\vanilla_1.16\sounds. Which sound_definitions.json are you referring to?

In Some means music.game.soulsand_valley should be deleted because I Found Some sounds which play in Nether,it includes sounds/music/game/nether/nether1 and more. But music.game.soulsand_valley only contains sounds/music/game/nether/so_below
I adjusted the whole report to be more clear, can it be reviewed?
1.16 has music.game.soulsand_valley while 1.18 has music.game.soul_sand_valley, the actual problem is that music.definitions.json was not changed to use the new name, which makes the new sound event unused.
Confirmed. Checking https://github.com/Mojang/bedrock-samples/blob/main/resource_pack/sounds/music_definitions.json also reveals that the soul sand valley biome uses the soulsand_valley event instead of the newer soul_sand_valley event:
The new music.game.soul_sand_valley sound event can be found in data\resource_packs\vanilla_1.18.0\sounds\sound_definitions.json.
