MCPE-17734FPS of Particle and Wither effects seem to be reduced to 20FPS.
The framerate of which Splash Potions and Wither Skulls travel at seem to have been decreased compared to earlier versions, which is quite jarring. Was this the "performance improvement" the developers were talking about?
