This is definitely a bug. I experienced this on iOS. Makes the game seem unpolished.

Going to give this bug the exposure it deserves.
There is very little tall grass and it makes finding seeds a PAIN on Pocket compared to something like the console version. Also, the clouds generally look uglier too!
Is this confirmed to still be an issue in 1.2?
Dunno, but it feels like an intended feature, and I don't like it.
I don't think this is intentional. Otherwise, the amount of double tall grass still wouldn't be the same. Please fix this bug before it comes to console.
