Polish text uses a different font on Bedrock even though Console Legacy and Java Edition had their own characters for the Polish Language, i am going to drop screenshots of all three versions in the attachments.

Can confirm.
The same goes for most letters with accent marks, such as Lithuanian, Bosnian, but also Cyrillic text is affected too.
I Believe This Is Because Mojangles Is Not Synced With Java Edition.
Can confirm this is still the case as of 1.20.80 preview
