MCPE-182940Notes from note blocks are sometimes skipped or cut off
Steps to reproduce:
- Import and load the attached world.
- Listen to the note blocks (which should already be playing)
- If they're not playing, then press the button.
Observed results:
The song doesn't sound right, and compared to the Java version, it's clear that some notes are being skipped and/or cutting out.
Expected results:
The note blocks should play properly, and be more in line with what can be heard on Java.

Note block speeds on bedrock sometimes cutout and dont play all the note blocks unlike java edition plays all the notes with no skipping and no cutting out. I have the same song playing on both versions and you can hear a distinct difference.
